Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for payment authorization
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor contracts and terms
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Optimize AP workflows using automation tools like SAP Concur
- Conduct regular audits of payment documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in accounts payable role with ERP system proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with 3-way matching and invoice verification
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
