Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to optimize cash flow
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or B2B
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) credential preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
