Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients and departments
- Resolve billing discrepancies with precision and maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure timely payment collection
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Manage credit card processing and ACH payment systems
- Support month-end closing activities and financial audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP billing principles and revenue recognition
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with Epic or other healthcare billing systems preferred
