- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure HIPAA/GRC compliance in all billing processes
- Communicate with insurance payers and patients regarding billing issues
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify coding accuracy
- Implement process improvements to reduce denials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume settings
- Background check and drug screen required
