- Process and submit insurance claims with 99.2% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries within 24 hours
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports weekly
- Collaborate with coding team to ensure compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance analytics
- Train staff on billing system updates and protocols
- Audit charge entries for completeness and coding accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EMR and Medisoft systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Proven ability to resolve complex insurance denials
