- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with insurance carriers for claim resolution
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant billing documentation
- Train new staff on billing protocols and software
- Identify process improvements to reduce denials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
