- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient inquiries within 24 hours
- Analyze accounts receivable reports to identify collection opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper documentation
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and billing regulations
- Utilize Epic EHR system for charge entry and account maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Proficiency in CPT/ICD-10 coding and Medicare guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Experience with Denial Management and appeals processes
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
