- Resolve billing discrepancies and account adjustments promptly
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports with ERP systems
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
- Generate monthly billing reports for leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or professional services billing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP ERP systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for complex account reconciliation
- Experience with electronic claim submission (Availity, Change Healthcare)
- Ability to manage high-volume billing cycles under tight deadlines
