- Ensure compliance with healthcare/tech billing regulations (HIPAA/FAR)
- Prepare monthly billing summaries for executive review
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP platforms
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with electronic billing systems (e.g., Availity, Waystar)
