Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for commercial and residential clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account reconciliations with 24-hour turnaround
- Process invoices, credits, and refunds using SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with sales and collections teams to optimize revenue cycles
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and California billing regulations
- Train junior staff on billing system protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (Epic, Meditech, or equivalent)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to process 50+ invoices daily with 99% accuracy
- Experience with EDI claim submissions
