- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies through detailed audit reviews
- Collaborate with medical coding teams for charge entry validation
- Generate monthly revenue reports for leadership review
- Train staff on updated billing protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding protocols
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing software
