Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account issues with vendors and clients
- Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite for CRM and ERP integration
- Analyze aging reports and optimize collection strategies
- Collaborate with accounting teams for month-end closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS regulations
- Train staff on billing system updates and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables), and billing software
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite integration
