- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients and departments
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal teams
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist with financial audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
