Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client portfolios
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payment collections
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS)
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of billing/revenue cycle management experience
- Proficiency in Medisoft, Epic, or similar billing software
- Expert knowledge of CMS 1500 forms and UB-04 billing
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
