Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct client communication
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive review
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Implement billing process improvements for efficiency
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing models
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
