Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate revenue recognition
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and optimize financial workflows
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and ensure SOX compliance
- Prepare monthly billing reports and support audits as required
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and experience with revenue recognition principles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
