- Process and reconcile complex billing statements across multiple client portfolios
- Resolve payment discrepancies and manage accounts receivable aging reports
- Ensure HIPAA/GAAP compliance in all billing documentation
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and claims status
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Train junior staff on billing software protocols
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience required
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or comparable billing systems
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) credential preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Strong analytical skills for variance analysis
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in fast-paced environment
