Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Manage accounts receivable ledger with daily/monthly reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies through detailed audits
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate financial reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Train staff on billing procedures and compliance updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Knowledge of healthcare/telecom billing regulations (HIPAA/FDCPA)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or similar credential preferred
