- Train staff on billing software updates and best practices
- Streamline workflows to reduce claim rejection rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or healthcare billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table creation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with AR aging reports and denial management
- Ability to maintain 99%+ billing accuracy under pressure
