- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes including charge entry, claim submission, and follow-up
- Resolve insurance denials and appeals with 95% accuracy rate
- Conduct patient billing inquiries with empathy and precision
- Ensure HIPAA/FMLA compliance across all billing operations
- Analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify coding accuracy
- Maintain 99.5% data integrity in billing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Expert knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer policies
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
