Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues with exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure accurate charge capture and coding
- Analyze aging reports to identify and address outstanding receivables
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable) or industry standards
- Utilize billing software (e.g., Epic, Oracle, QuickBooks) for daily operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in billing systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions and internal coordination
- Certification in medical billing (CPC, CMA) or finance preferred
- Experience with insurance claim processing and denial management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
