- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through meticulous account audits
- Manage patient payment plans and collections follow-ups
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure coding compliance
- Analyze aging reports and optimize revenue cycle workflows
- Train staff on billing software updates and best practices
- Generate monthly financial reports for department leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Advanced proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills for patient/provider interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
