- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries
- Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing conflicts
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems
- Train junior staff on billing procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Expertise in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Experience with healthcare billing regulations a plus
