Responsibilities
- Review and process high-volume invoices with a strict focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances daily to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, answer inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all billing documents and financial records.
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize billing workflows and software usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
