Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Implement billing system upgrades and process automation
- Ensure HIPAA/FCRA compliance in all financial transactions
- Collaborate with collections department on overdue accounts
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/billing experience in financial services
- Expertise in QuickBooks and SAP billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 15%+
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
