Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume accounts receivable cycles with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analyses for executive review
- Maintain updated client account documentation in Salesforce and SAP systems
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts receivable/billing experience in B2B environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven ability to handle high-volume transactions with precision
- Strong analytical skills for identifying financial discrepancies
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
