- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and financial policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing workflows
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements for leadership review
- Process insurance claims and verify eligibility for medical billing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in healthcare or finance
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Meditech) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding and medical billing terminology
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or similar preferred
