We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $72,000 USD based on experience, along with a full suite of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices to minimize bad debt.
- Reconcile billing statements, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with clients regarding payment issues.
- Maintain and update billing records and customer databases with precision.
- Collaborate with the accounts payable and collection teams to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and assist in the month-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Salesforce) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and correct errors efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate payment terms with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
