Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.5% accuracy
- Build client rapport by identifying financial needs and cross-selling banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits, new account openings, and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets for banking services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years cash handling experience in retail, banking, or customer service
- Proven ability to maintain 100% transaction accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA) and security procedures
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse client populations
- Proficiency in core banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass federal background check and credit check
