Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while adhering to strict security and compliance policies.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and build lasting relationships.
- Identify and cross-sell the bank's financial products and services to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with high precision.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including night depository drops.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or finance is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental arithmetic quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as required by banking regulations.
