Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Cash checks and handle cash drawers with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller workstation and lobby area.
- Assist in the opening and closing of the branch according to strict security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Strong mathematical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
