Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients via in-person and digital channels
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance protocols (BANK SEC, FINRA)
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
