Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain cash drawer and daily transaction records within strict compliance standards
- Build customer relationships through personalized financial solutions education
- Adhere to all bank security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain industry knowledge and skills
