Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balances, and resolving service issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with strict adherence to bank policies.
- Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and a credit check as per bank policy.
