Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Cash drawers and balance daily transactions to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding accounts and services, and resolve issues professionally.
- Open new checking and savings accounts and assist in the onboarding process.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, investment products, and loans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling experience in a retail or banking setting is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental arithmetic quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of banking software is a plus.
