Your Role
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our branch, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive banking experience. You will handle a variety of transactions and provide top-tier customer service while maintaining strict compliance with bank policies.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering financial solutions.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Verify customer identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
- Assist with opening and closing branch operations as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Teller or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
