Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with precision and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts and explaining our suite of financial products.
- Cash checks and verify identification documents in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet individual and branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
