Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly
- Balance cash drawer daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain organized records and transaction documentation
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits as needed
Qualifications
