As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier financial service.
Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Cash checks, verify documents, and maintain accurate daily cash drawers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our banking products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
- Reconcile daily settlement reports and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance preferred.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in a financial institution is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
