Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and banking services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products (credit cards, loans, etc.)
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with ATM maintenance and night depository services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient with basic math and financial software applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
