Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify signatures while adhering to strict compliance and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash balances using automated systems.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial goals.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing the vault and balancing the Teller drawer.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check as per banking regulations.
