Responsibilities
- Process cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries and transactions.
- Cross-sell bank products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teller line and lobby.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail banking, cash handling, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems (Microsoft Office).
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
