Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and promoting digital banking solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and services
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies within established timeframes
- Collaborate with branch manager to optimize customer flow and service efficiency
- Participate in quarterly community outreach events and financial literacy workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with basic financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle complex transactions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and occasional evenings
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean background check
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
