Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve account inquiries with a smile.
- Cash checks and handle cash drawers with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with basic banking services.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet sales goals.
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Fraud awareness and strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
