Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial consultations to clients regarding account options, digital banking tools, and basic investment products
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services through needs-based conversations with customers
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer financial information and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial services environment
- Proven ability to perform complex transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA, AML) and security procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Proficient in digital banking platforms and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Successful completion of background check and credit verification
