Responsibilities
- Process and verify 200+ invoices weekly with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute ACH/wire payments and maintain payment ledgers
- Collaborate with procurement teams on payment terms optimization
- Generate AP reports for CFO and finance leadership
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical skills for discrepancy resolution
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
