Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial integrity
- Actively participate in branch sales initiatives to meet cross-selling targets
- Provide knowledgeable support on digital banking tools and self-service options
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience in a financial setting
- Proficiency with banking software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail for transaction accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills for clear customer interactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor representing bank standards
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
