Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.

Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, products, and services.

Cash checks and handle currency exchange services.

Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.

Balance the cash drawer daily and report discrepancies.

Maintain a clean and organized teller workspace.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software.
