Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Deliver exceptional service while resolving account inquiries
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation
- Actively promote bank products/services to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling/customer service experience
