Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cashing checks, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their banking needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a neat and organized work area in compliance with branch standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money with precision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
